Nate specializes in civil litigation, focusing on labor and employment, commercial and business disputes, and product regulatory compliance. He practiced in Los Angeles before joining Dunn DeSantis Walt & Kendrick.

During his time at Loyola Law School’s evening program, Nate served as the Production Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law International & Comparative Law Review and was also the President of the Art Law Society.

In his daytime role, Nate clerked for Burris & Schoenberg, LLP, a boutique civil litigation firm renowned for its successful pursuit of art works and assets stolen by Nazi authorities during World War II, including Altmann v. Republic of Austria 541 U.S. 677 (2004), which resulted in the return of priceless historic paintings by Gustav Klimt to the firm’s client. Nate also clerked for two other law firms, where he assisted in the representation of both employees and employers for various Labor Code and FEHA violations, as well as Proposition 65 compliance issues for national manufacturers.

Before transitioning to law, Nate held diverse roles in technology, global risk consulting, and served in the Israel Defense Forces. As Director of Business Development at Shibumi, he led client outreach for an international business-intelligence firm. At Hola Networks, Nate analyzed video streaming technology and cultivated relationships with international technology and video broadcasting companies.

In his military service, Nate acted as a liaison to foreign military dignitaries and spearheaded initiatives to bolster international relations, notably in Latin America and Africa. Preceding his time in Israel, he worked as a threat intelligence analyst at Control Risks Group, supporting global security needs for a Fortune 50 company.

Nate’s academic credentials include a Masters in Middle East and Central Asian Security Studies from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Political Science-Middle East Studies and minor in Art History from the University of California, San Diego.
