The California Department of Health Regional Stay at Home Order, issued December 3, 2020, was lifted on January 25, 2021. This applies statewide. The Limited Stay at Home Order (curfew order) issued November 21, 2020 and supplemented December 22, 2020 has also been lifted. Counties in California will now return to restrictions according to their tier in the Blueprint for a Safer Economy.

Additional changes include:

  • Offices remain open for remote work only
  • Outdoor dining can resume between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
  • Hair salons, barber shops and nail salons can resume operations indoors
  • K-12 schools to proceed with distance learning
