Biography
David Meunier is an associate attorney with extensive experience representing institutional lenders and financial clients in complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and real estate disputes. David has served as key counsel in numerous high-stakes matters involving distressed assets, adversary proceedings, and receiverships across multiple jurisdictions.
Before entering private practice, David earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois at Chicago’s School of Law, where he specialized in business law and international arbitration. Prior to joining DDWK, David worked at two prominent AmLaw 100 firms, where he advised clients ranging from Fortune 500 lenders to private equity firms. David is known for bringing practical, business-minded solutions to litigation-heavy matters and working seamlessly with national counsel teams.
Originally from San Diego, David spent the past 11 years living in Chicago. His time in one of the nation’s most sophisticated legal markets has shaped a sharp, commercially focused perspective that he brings to every client matter.
