David was honored to join a select panel of distinguished practitioners from firms across the country, assembled by JAMS to discuss emerging trends in legal malpractice and exchange perspectives on the use of alternative dispute resolution in legal malpractice disputes. The panel was led by JAMS neutrals Edith R. Matthai and Bruce A. Friedman, both of whom focus on resolving legal malpractice claims.
