Tracy’s legal practice is focused on general civil litigation and law and motion practice including construction defect litigation, business litigation, real estate litigation, transactional law and contract negotiations.

Previously, Tracy resided in Orange County where she appeared and argued motions before the Orange County Superior Court, conducted research and drafted motions for a protracted construction defect arbitration, prepared discovery and pleadings for commercial real estate disputes and prepared corporate transactional documents.

While earning her Juris Doctor at the University of San Diego School of Law, Tracy completed an externship for Presiding Justice O’Leary at the Appellate Court, Fourth District, Third Division. Tracy also served as a certified legal intern for the San Diego County Office of the Public Defender where she conducted weekly felony arraignments, a preliminary hearing and argued several Romero motions before the San Diego County Superior Court. Tracy also interned for the U.S. Attorney General’s Office, Bureau of Medi-Cal Fraud and Elder Abuse.
